Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about financial operations? We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team!

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Marne, MI
Employment Type: Full Time / Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions for goods sold.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Manages the collection of all outstanding accounts from customers.
• Conduct regular account reviews, escalating potential credit risks to management when necessary.
• Review accounts, client payments, credit history, and suggest adjustments to customers’ terms as appropriate.

Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Previous collection procedure experience is highly desired.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
