Repeat customer came back having a little issue he couldnt figure out.

This yamaha 9.9 had no water coming from the tell tale when running, indicating there was a blockage or bad impellor. We removed the tell tale ni**le from the cowling, and as we expected it was plugged entirely shut with hard sediment. Cleared the blockage reinstalled and was good to go pumping water as it should.

This Customer was at the shop for less than 10 minutes total and is good to go back on the water free of charge!

89 johnson GT 150 came back in again, After the last testing we noticed there was no charging voltage while the motor was running.

A quick inspection lead to what we can confirm is a bad stator and voltage regulator. The high voltage coils are cracked and have leaked all of the resin insulation out and down the block.

After the install of new parts the battery is now charging and ready to hit the water.

This 89 johnson Gt150 came in needing some routine maintenance

We rebuilt the carb internals last year and installed new aluminum fuel bowls with new gaskets since the original plastic bowls were severely warped and leaking very bad.

After speaking with the customer we were told the last time the impellor was changed was almost 10 years ago. We got an OEM OMC water pump kit and replaced the impellor and impellor housing as well as all the seals and o rings.

Unfortunately the carbs had to be removed to gain access to the shift rod bolt so we checked the bowls and jets while we had them off at no extra charge.

We removed the old unit and sealed all the unused holes with marine 5200 sealant.

1989 ranger came back in to add a few things

We added an onboard charger for the starting battery and graph battery as well as a plug for the 36v charger to quickly hook up for charging.

We added a new 60amp breaker on the main feed for the accessories at the helm

We decided to cut and move the battery tray to create more room in the rear compartment and to open up the bilge area for more access

Our custom built console

Started out with a 4 piece cardboard template, hand cut out of a .125 5052 aluminum sheet, precisely tig welded, sanded for a seamless look, and then painted camo to match the rest of the boat.

Our 1984 tracker with a custom paint job

The entire hull was sanded down with 80 grit sand paper, acid washed, and primed with a self etching primer, washed, wiped with acetone and followed up with 3 coats of SeaHawk alumahawk tan

We used RedLeg stencils with Rust-Oleum olive drab and flat black paint for the bottom land camo

And finally coated the bottom in Fasco 2000 super slick epoxy for a super slick bottom

This Sea Nymph GLS175 came in a few weeks ago for a few small upgrades

We mounted a Proos turbo downrigger wired to a 12v SAE connector for quick removal and storage.

We installed a new Seaflo cartridge bilge pump for better performance and ease of replacement on down the road.

While the battery was out for the bilge install we decided to clean up, rewire, and re route a few connections to clean up the mess of wires.

The shore land'r trailer got new trailer wiring ran on the inside of the frame instead of zip tied on the outside like when it had arrived as well as new tail lights and a few new side markers.

This 14ft Ebbtide came in begging for some help

We stripped all of the wiring and switches and did a complete rewire of all the accessories. We also added a new fuse box for dedicated and fused power sources as well as a main battery switch to kill power to the entire boat when not in use. We added 2 Pyle marine Bluetooth 6.5" speakers into the front deck.

We added led interior color changing lighting to the interior of the boat for the later nights and early mornings

We made a custom aluminum trim ring bezel for the new nilight switch panel to fit and follow the contour of the original chrome trim for a seamless look.

Customer stated his hummingbird helix 7 had not been working correctly, after looking over the unit we noticed the sealant for the beam was separating from the base of the transducer allowing water intrusion, and ultimately leading to a failing transducer with inadequate water depth readings. New transducer and it is now good to go back on the water.
