Island Automotive was "driven" to host the 4th annual Rookery Bay Classic Car Show and recently donated the $4,375 proceeds to us! We greatly appreciate Island Automotive, the 100 car owners who participated and the 600 guests who came to the November event.

One of Collier County’s oldest and most well established automotive repair facilities is now accepting applications for the Auto Technician / General Mechanic position.

We are looking for a team player who takes pride in their work, and is interested in doing the job correctly the first time, every time. Full time, part time, and seasonal positions are available.

We are a full service auto repair shop servicing Marco Island since 1979. We service all types of domestic and foreign vehicles, both modern and classic. This includes antique cars, classic cars, 60’s and 70’s muscle cars, and modern cars. On any given day you may find everything from a Camry, to an S Class Mercedes, next to a Duesenberg or a 440 six pack Charger in the parking lot. Additionally, our customers have many fun, unique, and exciting toys to go along with their daily drivers which always keeps things new and exciting.

Preferably, applicants should have a working knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair in air conditioning, fuel injection, ignition, and modern electronics, or be well versed in the repair, maintenance, and restoration of antique and classic vehicles.

Compensation is based on skill and experience.
