Rib Riders Snowmobile Club We are a snowmobile club based out of Marathon, Wisconsin with club members not only from Marathon C

We are based out of Marathon, Wisconsin with club members not only from Marathon City, but also from the Towns of Cassel, Marathon, Rib Mountain and Mosinee.

-Our club was formed in 1972.
-125+ active members/families.
-15+ members spend about 400 hours per year grooming trails.
-300+ hours spent brushing, clearing and signing trails.
-All volunteer labor.
-We support a number of charitable cause

s in our area.
-Participate in the Fun Days Parade and Holly Days celebration. Club Groomers
We currently groom with two Sur-Trac groomers that our housed in our 'new' clubhouse located in downtown Marathon. It takes approximatel 30 hours using both groomers to groom our trail system. We logged over 600 hours of groomer time for the 2013/2014 snowmobile season!! Miles of Trail
We currently groom over 39 miles of trail, which crosses over 85 private parcels as well as school and county forest land. Our trail system runs from Hwy 29 to about three miles north of Mosinee, and from Nine Mile Recreation Area to the Edgar area.
