═════ MEET THE CREW: ═════

Reason 1 of 5 of why we do what we do.

Willow: Our oldest.

Here are a few fun facts about Willow:
1) Like her dad, she is also a firefighter. Willow joined when she was 16 and has passed all of her classes.
2) Willow is headed to Missouri at the beginning of Nov to start her basic training. She made the decision to join the Army National Guard and is training for Hazmat.
3) The deer in the picture - yep that was her first buck EVER! She loves the outdoors and hunting especially with her dad.

We are going to miss her dearly when she is gone, but we are so proud of for what she is going to be accomplishing.

We know the coming months are busy for everyone with holidays, and life happening.

We thought it would be nice to give the list of days we know we are going to be closed until the end of the year.

October 9th - Fire Safety Day (TJ is putting on the fire hat to help with this)
October 16th - Closing at 12:00.
November 2nd - Closing at 3:00
November 3rd - We are sending our oldest off to bootcamp.
November 23-25th - By Appt only.
November 26 & 27th - Thanksgiving break
December 24 & 25th - Santa is coming
December 31st - Appt only

Again these are the days we know we will either have short hours or be closed. We will do everything in our power to keep the rest of the year open for our valued customers.

═══ MEET THE CREW: ═══

Next up: Annita: the office lady. When you call into Cripe Services, likely she is going to be your first line to conversation. She will get you on the schedule, so TJ can get right to work.

Here are some fun facts:
1) Annita is a Stay at home mom but does all of our book work, scheduling and admin things inside the shop.
2) She absolutely loves the chaos that comes from having 5 kids in so many activities, even if she gets overwhelmed sometimes 😉
3) Annita is a book work - she loves reading but in this season of life, its pretty much only audiobooks.
4) If she had her way, we would be traveling all over in an RV homeschooling the kids. There is always an adventure she is looking for.

This is a family affair around here, and we are so grateful you trust us to keep you on the road.

═══ MEET THE CREW: ═══

While we all don't work on your vehicle or sit in the office, we thought it would be fun to see the faces behind who is fixing your vehicle, who is ordering the parts and who is driving us to keep going.

Lets start with the guy who makes a whole lot of this happen ~TJ: the Mechanic.
(I promise he likes his job way more than his picture being taken).

Here are some fun facts:
1) He has been a mechanic for about 18 years and well versed in different options.
2) He is a volunteer fire fighter. He joined the Plum City Fire Dept in July of 2017.
3) He is an avid outdoorsman.
4) When he isn't working, you are going to find him at a ball game of some sort. With 4 kids in school, he is always sideline of an event.

When your car is getting worked on here at Cripe Service, you are not only getting experience, but you are getting care. We don't see it as another job, we see it as someone important in that driver seat who has family and friends they need to safely get home too.

Owning a family business isn’t always sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes it’s a Friday night, all hands on deck, getting the shop put back together. Sometimes it means doing the things you don’t necessarily want to do.

Work has been BUSY (and we are so incredibly grateful for that), which means the cleanup and organizing have been put on the back burner.

But we’re getting ready to add another piece of BIG equipment, and that means we need the room.

So, here’s a little sneak peek into our wild Friday night at Cripe Service. 🔧

Because sometimes owning a business looks less like closing up for the weekend and more like cleaning the shop until you can’t anymore or until the kids tell us AGAIN how hungry they are.

Now that is a tire leek!
Just a reminder, we do all things tires. Snow isn’t too far away (don’t shoot the messenger!). Make sure your tires are ready to handle them.

Bring on the Heat!
We are ready to help you get your A/C fixed and blowing cold again.

Beat the heat and give us a call to get scheduled!

Reminder:
We will be closed today to spend time with family as we celebrate TJ's grandpa.

All messages and calls will be responded to on Tuesday June 9th.
Thank you for understanding.
