Just a couple of engine jobs going on in the shop this week…

First truck is a complete engine, transmission and transfer case replacement for one of our loyal customers.

Second truck is installing a 6.0 LS in place of the blown up 5.3 due to improper tuning.

Be very careful of who you choose for your tuning needs on your vehicle or airboat. Truck only made it 300 miles after being tuned. Had fuel pouring out of the headers and now has 2 broken rods.

Next week will be a couple of the coldest days that we have had. Here are just a few tips for preparing your vehicle.

Check your tires: As the temp drops, so does tire inflation pressure. Make sure each tire is filled to the vehicles manufacturer’s recommended inflation pressure.

Make sure your vehicle is at the proper level for Antifreeze.

Check your battery: Cold weather can be tuff on your car battery. Make sure your battery is in good condition and replace it if it’s more than 3 years old.

And for all of our airboat customers. If you are brave enough to go out on the airboat on those days….triple those layers. 🦆 🦆

4.5 Carli lift with King shocks, Fabtec Dual Steering Stabilizer wrapped with 37 13.50 22 Nitto’s. The windows were tinted as well.
