Feeling especially fortunate that running a small business, where I can make or bend rules as needed, allows me to be in a position to help others.
Sometimes it's just an average rental where a customer tells you 20 times that what you do is a blessing because they had no other way to get an animal to a vet.
Sometimes it's returning a cleaning fee to someone who just lost their farm and had to rehome a dozen animals.
Sometimes it's 'delivering' a trailer to a returning customer at 10pm and then staying for 2 hours to help them load a half dozen sheep that had broken out.
Offering the best service we can, and being good stewards in our local community, is a privilege and a blessing.
