If you are awaiting my response, I would like to offer my apologies. We are currently experiencing an unusually high volume of work. As a small team with limited resources, we are exerting every effort to manage our workload effectively. Unfortunately, the available time does not suffice to meet our current demands. Mobile work is largely unfeasible, as we cannot afford to sacrifice valuable time on house calls.

Waiting on parts has to be the biggest holdup we face, we carry a lot of common items but we’re too small to have a full-blown inventory setup. If you have anything here I can assure you parts are on the way, in some very rare occasions it’s taken a month or better to receive some parts 😤
