For the second year, the Llano Estacado Winery is holding the Salsa and Sangria Fest on July 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will feature live music, taco trucks and sangria. There will be a competition for professional and amateur chefs to show off their best salsa recipes.
