It is official!
Gerald A. Nortz, Inc. has changed ownership and is now Empire Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM. It has been a long and complicated process, with red tape, blue tape and a pandemic encountered along the way! Stay tuned as Ryan, Gerry and their staff work to expand their inventory and make plans to build a new facility here in Lowville. Hours of operation continue to be Monday through Friday, 7:00 to 5:30 and Saturdays, 7:00 to Noon. Appointments, as always, can be scheduled after hours. The website is currently undergoing work, to reflect all changes. In the meantime, you can continue to call for sales and service at (315) 376-6211. Thank you to our customers old and new....as we navigated the Covid-19 and safety protocols we had a successful two months. Update: We want to thank the community for all of your support during this health crisis. Please know that Gerald A. Nortz is continuing to follow the Governor’s mandates and public health guidelines in regard to essential businesses.
**We have been fulfilling service appointments with distancing in mind.
**Parts are being delivered on schedule.
**We are also receiving sales calls. We are committed to staying open, despite the factory stoppage and are ready when the assembly lines start moving again. **Keep checking our Fb page and website for the promotions and incentives that are in place now and those that will be initiated. Update:
The staff at Gerald A . Nortz continue to obey the Governor’s mandates in regard to COVID-19. Beginning 3/20/2020, our service department remains open as we are included on the list of essential businesses. We are being guided by Public Health recommendations and taking every precaution to keep ourselves and customers healthy. We are still offering local pick-up and drop-off service, ordering and receiving parts. Please note the signs posted at our main entrance in regard to parts deliveries.

Update:
Beginning 3/23/2020, we will be complying with the new mandate of reducing to 50% staffing. During this time our employees will continue to follow all Public Health recommended practices. Our service department will operate as usual, appointments will continue to be scheduled and fulfilled. To alleviate any concerns you might have in regard to social distancing, we will also continue to pick up and drop off your vehicle locally to complete the service needed.
