Just two auto repair shops full of hungry people and someone saying, “You know what sounds good today?”

🍕 Pizza.

This week both Pro Auto Care locations got a pizza party, and judging by how fast it disappeared, we’d call it a huge success.

Happy team = happy customers. (And apparently very little leftover pizza.)

James has been part of our family of businesses for many years, and we’re incredibly grateful for his leadership, dedication, and friendship. Whether he’s talking cars, hanging out with friends, spending time with dogs, or enjoying a slice of cheesecake, he’s always a great person to have around.

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone—Renaldo’s 6-year work anniversary at Pro Auto Care! 🎉

If you’ve ever visited our Middletown shop, chances are Renaldo has had a hand in making sure your experience was a great one. As our Quality Control Technician, he’s the last set of eyes on vehicles before they head back to customers, helping ensure every detail is right.

But Renaldo is so much more than his job title. He’s the heart of our shop, always willing to help a teammate, lend a hand, or do whatever needs to be done to keep things running smoothly. His positive attitude, reliability, and care for both our customers and team make him truly one of a kind.

We celebrated with some Indi’s Chicken and took a little time to recognize everything he brings to Pro Auto Care every day.

🎉 This month's Shop Shout-Out winner is... DON! 🎉

One of our favorite things at Pro Auto Care is recognizing team members when they go above and beyond.

Throughout the month, our team fills out Shop Shout-Outs when they catch someone doing something awesome—helping a customer, jumping in to help a teammate, stepping up without being asked, or doing the right thing even when it's the hard thing.

At the end of the month, we draw a winner from all the shout-outs, and this month Don's name was pulled! 👏

The best part isn't the drawing—it's seeing how often our team notices and appreciates each other. We've worked hard to build a culture where people care about our customers and each other, and that's something worth celebrating.
