PLEASE READ BEFORE USING FOX AUTO PARK.... Ive always parked at lax parking lot C and decided to try fox this trip... MAJOR MISTAKE... Fox auto park overcharged me 40$.... Took my deposit... And didn't even apply my deposit to the bill... They just stole my deposit.....I brought the billing error to clerk Jamal's attention and he informed me only Chance Lucas (the manager who refuses to talk to customers) could correct the error.... I then proceeded to call fox auto parks and request to speak to Chance Lucas over 11 TIMES....... I spoke with employee Johnathan repeatedly informed me chance would call me back..... I waited.... And waited.... And waited.... No response... I proceeded to call back multiple times only to have Johnathan inform me Chance refused to speak to me and apparently there's NO WAY TO CORRECT THEIR BILLING ERROR EXCEPT GOING THROUGH CHANCE THE MANAGER WHO REFUSES TO SPEAK WITH ME...... Johnathan then informed me the company doesn't take complaints and refused to allow me to speak to anyone else in management to resolve my issue.... Fox Auto Parks acknowledged they charged me almost double but refuse to correct their error.... To resolve this issue I was forced to contact my bank and dispute the charges.... I will be contacting the better business bureau today to review possible breaking of California law... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.... STAY CLEAR AND AVOID!

How do I reserve parking?
Do not EVER park your car here!!! When I returned to pick up my car, I found it had been ransacked and I had been robbed. When I called the police department to make my report, I learned I was the FIFTH person THAT DAY calling about the same thing from this company. I have just been informed that "Fox Auto Parks is not liable for any loss including contents."
