Please do not take your car to 5949 Van Nuys Key Chevrolet in CA they up charge and steal your car when you don't want to pay for the inconvenience of an employee mistake. They want money for something the employe did on his own. Like why would he put tires on a truck that's not running. Than want to charge $1200 and I can't move the truck the reason I came in was for the check engine light was on. Shady mechanics
Nice...GM recalls all Chevy Bolts 2017-2022. A five hour repair. And no loaner car...so I'm supposed to just cool my heels at your facility? Because I don't have a job, or something better to do. Let's see if a class action lawyer thinks that is a reasonable solution.

Do not trust this Keyes Chevrolet . The used car sale manager agreed the price to sale and call me to come doing paper work. I am tell them have GOV grant put on my down payment. They are refuse the grants to use on down payment . I ask why? They said only purchase New car. I am sure the dealer lies as GOV car dealer list have all information to prove.
Keyes Chevy had no idea what was about to hit their dealership! One of their team members said they thought it was "Pit Boss." 😂

Incase you didn’t receive the judgement, I’ll furnish it to you. Time to pay up and make things right. It’s not the dollar amount, it’s the principle.
I don't know to what extent my experience reflects on the dealer ship of Keyes Chevrolet of Van Nuys, but it damn sure reflects poorly on Chevrolet in general. I have a Chevy Volt with less than 20,000 miles on the meter, which developed the nasty problem of refusing to shut down. After taking the car to Keyes Chevrolet in Van Nuys and explaining the problem, along with the fact that a relative of mine with the same model Volt had a not similar but Identical problem and that they had ended up changing the gear shift, it nonetheless took them four days to arrive at the same conclusion that I had mentioned in just trying to assist them in troubleshooting. We were three days without a vehicle as they tried to figure out what was wrong. Who wants to bet that the two of us, with identical problems on the Volt, are the ONLY TWO with this problem on the Volt? I don't think that anyone at the dealership would tell us whether there were more Volt owners with the same problem, but I don't think its just a coincidence that we both had the very same problem. I also don't think they'd let anyone review their maintenance records to prove it. Maybe that's why they discontinued the Volt, an otherwise popular model without informing the public on the reason for doing so. Now were wondering how long this repair will last before it also fails due to some orriginal design flaw. After all, the car failed with no misuse whatsoever and well short of 20.000 miles since new. Hardly generates customer confidence about taking this 'over-priced car' on the road. Wish I could be more positive about my experience with the Volt, because I really like the concept of this hybrid, which goes a very decent distance on one charge.

Not to mention that I spent over 6 hours at the dealer finalizing the deal, Matt tried to pull a fast one by giving me a different car. Finance department didn't even say thank you, I guess he was upset because I didn't add any services (that's where they make the big bucks so make sure not to add anything!)
If you have to buy a car my personal opinion is to do it in any dealership except here. I never cared to write a review regardless of how bad the service of a business was. Imagine how terrible my experience has been that I took the time to write this. I am filing a complaint against them, you can message me if you want more information.

So...i need to return the Volt i lease. What can i get now that you don't make them anymore. I drive every day from Valencia to West LA for work. I don't think the Bolt has enough battery and doesn't it take a special plug? Whatcha got
