📍 Hennigan’s Restaurant & Bar — Mount Joy, PA

Cozy fireplace dinner and some serious comfort food , making a perfect date night ❤️

We tried:
• Crispy potato skins
• Garlic parm wings
• Hot wings with incredible sauce
• A HUGE mac & cheese burger with bacon & bacon jam
• 6oz sirloin with parmesan broccoli & loaded baked potato
• Loaded fries with cheese, bacon & scallions

And one of the coolest parts… Hennigan’s is connected to a massive bowling alley that’s always packed, making it the perfect spot for food, drinks, and a fun night out.

If you’re looking for great food in Mount Joy Pennsylvania, this spot is definitely worth checking out.

A couple days ago we posted our visit to Ruffino's Pizza & Pasta in Lancaster, and the response blew us away.

The love everyone showed for Linda was incredible. Comment after comment from people sharing memories, favorite meals, and stories about how kind she’s been over the years. It was really special to see.

So we stopped back in to check on her and see how everything was going.
We grabbed some food to go, talked for a while, and just enjoyed the moment with her.

This is exactly why I started doing these videos. It’s bigger than food reviews. It’s about showing love to the small businesses and people who have been taking care of our communities for years.

We were invited out to check out Ruffino’s Pizza & Pasta in Lancaster, PA — a family-owned restaurant that’s been serving the community for 35 years, owned by Linda Ruffino and her late husband.

And let me tell you… you can taste every ounce of love in that kitchen.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and genuinely sweet to our family. Huge shoutout to Gio for inviting us and letting us know that this gem of a restaurant was here. We love supporting places with roots.

Here’s what we tried 👇🏼

• California-style chicken cheesesteak hoagie — juicy chicken, gooey cheese, lettuce and onions packed with flavor.
• Cheesesteak special with peppers, onions & sauce — absolutely hit the spot. Flavor in every bite.
• Jumbo wings — crispy outside, tender inside, and the mild sauce had the perfect sweet kick.
• Fried pickles — crispy breading that held everything together perfectly.
• Cannolis — creamy filling, crunchy shell, chocolate sauce on top… absolutely BOMB.

This is what supporting small businesses is all about. Family-owned. Community-rooted. Real people behind the counter who care about what they serve.

If you’re in Lancaster and haven’t been to Ruffino’s yet, it’s worth the stop.

📍 House of Tacos – Mount Joy / Lancaster, PA 🌮

We tried the chicken quesadillas, beef American tacos, birria tacos with chorizo (packed with flavor), beef pastelillos (empanadas) that were perfectly, and a HUGE al pastor burrito.
Everything was fresh, hot, and loaded with flavor. The birria had that rich, slow-cooked depth, the empanadas had that perfect golden crunch, and that burrito? Absolute.

We went to Dino's Wings & Things in Temple, PA… and didn’t order a single wing. 😂 Instead, we dove headfirst into the THINGS: Mozzarella Sticks, Loaded Philly Cheesesteak Fries, Dino’s Philly Cheesesteak, Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheesesteak, Pizza Cheeseburger, A slice of pizza And let me tell you… the “things” part of Dino’s Wings & Things absolutely delivers. Portions were solid. Flavor was on point. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly what you want when you’re craving comfort food that doesn’t mess around. BUT we weren’t done. Because tucked right inside Dino’s is Mad Waffle LLC … and that’s where things got SWEET. We finished it off with a fluffernutter sundae stacked on top of a homemade Belgian waffle — warm, soft, crispy on the outside, loaded on top. The kind of dessert that makes you sit back in silence for a second. Temple, PA… you’ve got a one-two punch right here. If you’ve been to Dino’s — what are you ordering next time?And should we go back and actually try the wings? 👀🍗
