Over the weekend we took on a custom paint match for one of our clients — taking this brand-new gloss black plastic spoiler and matching it to the Audi in Florett Silver Metallic.

This wasn’t a simple spray-and-go job. We treated it like a proper body shop would. We stripped down the existing finish, sanded and prepped the surface, applied plastic adhesion promoter and primer, then finished it off with high-end automotive paint and clear coat.

The end result? A spoiler that looks like it came on the car from the factory. 👌

Patrick brought his Audi S4 back to Nyx Detailing after the old ceramic coating had run its course, and the paint was showing plenty of chips and imperfections.

We stripped the old coating, repaired roughly 15–20 chips on the hood and bumper, performed a full paint correction, and finished it off with a fresh 5-Year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light Ceramic Coating. We also polished the windshield and added a ceramic glass coating rated for 20,000+ miles.

The end result? A completely refreshed S4 that looks better than the day it was bought. 🔥

Yesterday we had the pleasure of heading back out to one of our customers to take care of this 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝟴 𝗭𝗥𝟭! 🔥

We gave it the full protection treatment with 𝗚𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾'𝘀 𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗢𝘃𝟮 applied over all of the PPF, while 𝗖𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 was applied to the remaining painted surfaces. We also finished it off with 𝟯𝗠 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗥 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝟮𝟱% 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘁 for a clean, aggressive look while still keeping it comfortable for nighttime driving.

Today, Evan from Macmulkin Chevrolet brought us this absolutely stunning C8 Z06 after it developed 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 — the kind of contamination that a normal wash simply wasn’t going to touch.

🚨 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘂𝗺 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 🚨

This past weekend we traveled to Wilmington to take care of one of our high-profile clients' vehicles with a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 followed by a 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 to rejuvenate and extend the life of their existing ceramic coatings.

The Jaguar had developed noticeable micro swirls that dulled the finish, but with the proper polishing techniques we safely restored the gloss 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. While we had both vehicles, we also completed our maintenance interior detail, leaving each one looking and feeling showroom fresh inside and out.

This gorgeous 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗯𝗼 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶 𝗧𝗧𝗦 came to us with several 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀 that stood out like a sore thumb. The owner only asked us to repair the chips on the hood—but that's not how we do business at Nyx Detailing.

✅ We performed a complete inspection of the vehicle and found additional paint chips on the roof and rear quarter panel. Instead of ignoring them, we repaired those too—𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁.
