This weekend we worked on a fairly big system on a JDM vehicle you may have never heard of. This is a 98 Toyota Caldina GT-T a AWD turbo wagon. It shares the same power plant as the Celica and MR-2 turbo but in a wagon. Customer bought all his own equipment from CT Sounds. We built a custom box and installed all the equipment.

The customer hauls his dog around in the back so we placed the amps in the spare tire well to keep them safe. To keep the entire car safe we installed a NÜstart NU3204 LCD alarm system. The challenge there was the there is no wiring information for this car like there is for domestic vehicles.

So, with the tariffs I was worried we might have to raise prices this year. We have calculated our cost. It may be costing us a little bit more for our product, but we will not be raising our prices. So, we have a big announcement!!! We recently purchased a pair of Honda Actys straight from Japan. They are being shipped here and will take 6-8 weeks to arrive. Once they are here we have big plans for them. We have been ordering stuff like crazy and I’m sure our delivery drivers are getting tired of it all. Here’s a list of mods already in the works

Stereo upgrade on the truck, and the same setup in the van plus some 12” subs and more speakers all around.

Power locks
Power windows
New seat covers
Underglow

Compustar Alarm/remote start w/ passive lock and unlock
Automatic lights
LED light upgrade all around

Here are photos of the push button start we just finished up on a 2018 Kia Optima that had been stolen. This system will prevent this car from being stolen again. There is no longer a plastic ignition switch for the thieves to break and start the car.

So we just finished up a push button start system on a 2018 Kia optima that was a theft recovery. This system has passive key entry. When you walk away from the car it will lock the doors and when you approach the car it will unlock them. The system also has remote start and trunk release.
