🚨 VEHICLE REMOVAL NOTICE 🚨

ELEANOR TIRE & REPAIR

PRIVATE PROPERTY – IMMEDIATE ATTENTION REQUIRED

Any vehicle that has been parked on our lot for 6 months or longer must be removed.

You have 90 DAYS (3 MONTHS) from the date of this notice to contact us and make arrangements for removal.

YOUR OPTIONS

✔️ Pick Up Your Vehicle

Contact us to schedule a time to remove your vehicle from the lot.

✔️ Sign Over Vehicle

If you no longer want the vehicle, you may drop off:
• Signed title
• Key

❗ No Contact / Abandoned Vehicles

If we must locate you to remove your vehicle:
• You will be responsible for all costs associated with locating and contacting you
• Storage fees will be charged for the entire time vehicle remained on our lot
• All fees must be paid before vehicle release

Failure to respond within 90 days will result in further action taken in accordance with West Virginia abandoned vehicle and property laws.

We finally got the driveway in front of the garage cleared. It was in really bad shape and we didn’t want anyone accidentally sliding into the garage doors 😬
