WE ARE HIRING MOBILE TECHNICIANS!

Job Description:

Mobile Technician will be required to perform interior restorations on used cars for a variety of dealerships and personal customers You are expected to meet the quality standards of the dealerships and managers. The interior restorations include but are not limited to: vacuuming, headliner cleaning, stain removal, seat and carpet dying, seat and carpet repair, headliner repair, steering wheel dying, applying protective plastic, headlight repair, smoke bombs and cigarette burn repair. All restorations will be taught during training. You do not need to know how to do any of the repairs listed above but a prior knowledge in color theory and hand sewing is helpful.

Your goal is to make the vehicles look as close to new as possible. Once trained you will be given your own company vehicle and assigned a route to perform your duties. This van is for work use only. You will be in charge of a daily route to different dealerships in which you are responsible for maintaining their used car inventory.

Pay starts at $15/hour during training and then increases to $17.50/hour +8% commission once trained. Most technicians end up making around $20-$30+/hour.

NO WEEKENDS EVER. Your schedule is highly flexible. Dealership lots are open from 7am-7pm. Your scheduled hours will mostly be up to you. All we require is that you stick to your lot schedule and maintain the standards of the dealership. Hours will vary from 30-40 hours per week depending on length of route.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- You must be able to see all colors as color matching is essential to the job.
- You must have a fairly clean driving record (no accidents)
- You must have a current drivers license.
- You must be hardworking and self motivated.
- Must be able to work outside year round.

We strive to be the best. I’m blown away the competition doesn’t even know what this car is.

I was called to come fix an audi at a dealership that I thought used us exclusively. Guess not. But that will probably change. When I got there I realized it was an R8!!

Come to find out. Auto fresh had touch this car and got dye all over the car. This is a $185,000 car brand new. It is still worth $90,000 and it is a 2008.

I showed up and the detailer went off about how much Over spray the last guy left all Over the car including he outside of the car. Really??!! He spent 7 hours cleaning the car. He was a little mad.

These first 4 picture are after I got done with the car. Then look close at the other picture and you will see the dye all over a $90,000 car. Sickening.

This is what Rich Assay (Assay Auto) had to say to me afterwards : Hey! It’s Rich, with Asay Auto... Thanks for coming in early, and fixing Jim’s mistake, you did a phenomenal job on that Audi! As far as I’m concerned, we will only be using you guys from now on out. Thanks again!
