This customer came in with a 2016 f250 with a smoke upon start up but only cold, we were able to replicate the symptoms and pinpoint the coolant loss in the secondary system down to a ruptured intercooler. We go the customer set up with a brand new ford intercooler and he’s back on the road!

Today on the chopping block we had a customer come in with a 2003 6.0 powerstroke that died at a light and wouldn’t restart, once we got it and were able to take a look we discovered the ac compressor locked up causing a no crank. Once we were able to get it off and the truck fired up we noticed a few weak injector so we got the customer hooked up with a full set of premium holders diesel injectors to get back out on the road hauling trailers again, as well as a used ac compressor just to get it on the road again.

Most of you have been asking where the content has been, We’re back in action! Our page has been in review and unable to post for awhile but we’re back and busy!
This customer came in from another shop and being told they had a blown STC fitting and quoted a very very large amount of money. We were able to dig deeper and turns out it was not a stc fitting, but a blown apart injector. The upper c clip broke, causing the oring retailer to bust into multiple and the oring to blow out causing a no start condition. We got a new injector put in, as dug out all the pieces of metal and got them ready to roll!

6.7 Powerstroke owners! We can’t stress this enough, injection pumps. The factory cp4 is a ticking time bomb that will leave you with a $14,000 repair bill when it goes out!! This little guy here, the DCR injection pump from S&S Diesel will be the end to the issue. Designed around the notorious cp3, and flowing more than a 10mm pump, to keep your injectors happy and power to the ground. We reccomend these to all of our customers whether it’s a weekend driver or daily driver across the country. Give us a shout for all your diesel needs for quality work and good turn around times!

6.7 Powerstroke owners this one is for you!
Do you have oil leaks? Or even a drop every now and then? The culprit will more than likely be the upper oil pan.
11-16 guys it could be the vacuum pump gasket.
The main cause for the leaks is the ccv filter. Crank case ventilation. Ford reccomends It be changed every 100,000 miles, yet they plug between 20-30,000 depending on the usage and how Its driven. They make a re route system but they can smoke and stink.
I prefer to use the 23 style filter which Is a skinny Flow-thru design which cant plug up.
When we do upper oil pan, we also do front covers due to them having issues leaking at the joints where they meet. You basically get a complete bottom end reseal. Front cover, water pump, front main, both oil pans, rear cover, rear main. If you have higher miles (250k+) we will opt for a full engine reseal to ensure no other leaks

Cab’s up for this guy, he came in for an oil leak, which was later determined to be the injection pump gasket leaking. We pulled the cab and also found the high pressure side turbo drain not fully seated as well. The previous shop or owner also used a bunch of silicone where it was not needed so we got that cleaned up as well The customer wanted to make sure of no future leaks as well as a couple upgrades while in there.
• Ford injection pump gasket kit
• Ford turbo reseal kit

Hard starts in the morning? White smoke? Rough choppy idle? Stalls? If any of those you’re dealing with it might be time for a set of fresh Holders Diesel Injectors!
This customer made it 240k on the factory injectors from 2006, which isn’t very common these days! We were able to get them set up with a set of stock premiums to get back on the road and running strong again. Give us a shout for all your injector and diesel needs!

We had this customer from Texas come for a complete engine reseal due to an oil pan leak and a timing cover leak. The only way to fix it right, is to pull the engine and flip it over due to the tappets that will fall out and into the pan. We got this guy fixed up with—
•Cummins oil pan gasket
•Cummins water pump gasket
•Cummins timing cover gasket
•Cummins water inlet and outlet gaskets
•Cummins valve cover and rocker box gaskets
•Reset the valve lash
•Mopar Oil filter
• Fresh coolant
•Industrial Injection reman injectors, new delivers tubes, as well as new injection lines
•Cummins front main with repair sleeve
•Cummins rear main with repair sleeve
•Brand new cam bearings
