Let's all meet up at Northside Social again this Saturday the 21st at 1:30. The Rev it Up Show is coming up and it would be nice to have a good showing of vintage bikes. Final pre-registration is at Lucia on Friday the 27th.

This is from James Greeson regarding Jim Koenig. "Friday I will be leading a ride from Lawrence to St. Patrick's Parish where Jim's memorial will be held. The memorial starts at 9 and will have mass at 10. After mass we will be heading to Wyandotte BBQ. I'm estimating 11:30 for lunch. Leaving from La Prima Tazza at 7:45 and taking Highway 32."

He was a member of the original Wheelsport MC and a good friend to all of us at the Vintage version. His obit barely touches on all that he did.

We lost one of our fellow riders over the weekend, Jim Koenig. He always rode in from KCK on that little Ducati single of his. His cheerful disposition and encyclopedic knowledge of all things Ducati will be sorely missed. Ride on Jim, where the roads are always smooth and twisty, the tank is always full and there are no road hazards.
