ntroller or power commander. Each pipe is custom hand made to order and usually takes about 5 days to make and ship and 2-3 days priority delivery in US or 8-10 days International delivery. Everything needed for the installation is provided including detailed instructions. Finishes include either polished steel or corrosion resistant hi-temp black powder coat including all coated installation hardware. Depending on the choice you make your pipe can be made open or tunable with back pressure disks. I make custom exhausts for Suzuki, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Honda and Triumph motorcycles. Triumph Rocket 3 exhaust custom made to fit in the USA. XB08 Extremeblaster all polished stainless steel construction slip on shorty glass pack with 4" tunable disk system fitting Triumph Rocket 3 stock header. NEW updated model has Titanium Lava Rock muffler packing installed inside the cap to reduce heat discolor on the cap and promotes a deeper tone with sound deflection of the softer insulated cap vs thin steel cap (best heard with headphones). Exhaust saves 47 lbs over stock design. 4-8 hp increase over stock.
XB08 incorporates high efficiency disk technology producing a clean burning exhaust with better low end torque, response and top end horsepower with the same or better fuel economy over the stock design. No additional fuel needed from a fuel controller to compensate for cat exhaust chamber removal and no popping on deceleration like other open pipe models. This is a tuned exhaust system with a careful balance of low end torque and top end power delivery. Disk pipe delivers deep tone that is not excessively loud like most short aftermarket pipes. Remove plates to tone down exhaust note and achieve added torque and response. NEW Update! for 3rd quarter 2016 XB08 cap now has hi temp titanium fiberglass Lava Rock packing inside the cap to increase depth of exhaust note in lieu of sound waves pinging off the steel cap with sharper tone. Helps to reduce discolor (dark gold) of the cap due to high heat temperatures on the thin metal cap (semi chrome or autosol polish can remove it). Black coated caps also keep cooler increasing longevity of the coating with better lasting appearance. Fiberglass Lava Rock pack worked great during testing. 50 miles hi temp runs barely put a dent in it. Upgrade is available for $10 for past customers + ship. A must have for the Triumph Hot Rocket 3. Installed cap in the photo turned a light gold after all runs and easily cleaned up with metal polish in the 2nd pic.
