I had an engine Ping when hot n my 2003 8.1L gas engine with an engine caution light. Raff came to the RV site but could not properly diagnose the issue and needed the M/H in the shop. He thought it was a fuel problem and likely the fuel pump which is in the fuel tank. I agreed to bring it to the shop and he said that he would do a tune up, spark plugs and wires, change the fuel filter and then take a pressure reading on the fuel line which turned out okay. He also replaced my old 12v engine battery as it was 6 years old. Changed the engine coolant and thermostat. Checked the A/C Freon pressure, changed the serpentine belt, put in a new ping sensor. Did not change the Fuel filter as he said it was in the fuel tank! He provided a list of parts and prices and a quote on labour prior to starting work. He had his Mechanic Tom work on it who I believe was very knowledgeable and capable man. I am not sure whether all this work will solve my original problem as I have not had it on the open road and put it through a major test. Raff I believe is an honest man but I would recommend that you get a written estimate and agree on the proposed work before giving a deposit and starting work. If in doubt get a second estimate. I called my mechanic back home in Canada and he suggested some things and recommendations. Raff has a reasonably modern shop, ability to get parts and experienced mechanics. His price was reasonable and service was quick.

my turbo in my 2500 cummins went out and ended up dropping peices in my intercooler and seizing my engine raffs mechanics took it in with no problem and did a amazing job cleaning it up and repairing it back to new it runs better than ever and i'm very pleased with the work they even gave me a complimentary tire rotation will definitely come back may another problem arise
