DO YOU RELY ON YOUR TRUCK FOR WORK EVERY DAY?!??

2017 Ford F-250, Customer concern was for a long crank after using the truck throughout the day, we were unable to verify his complaint instead of pushing it to the side, or dismissing the customers complaint like some other places may do, we take pride in putting in the extra effort to fix it the first time. We dove into testing the fuel system and found that the fuel pump was not holding its prime while sitting. We were able to advise the customer that this is definitely an issue and that it most certainly can cause his extended crank condition! We isolated the issue as a bad fuel pump and recommend replacing it to get his truck back to WORK!

The customer was very happy that we were able to diagnose his truck, order parts, and have it back to him the next day!!! (Also taking care of a couple maintenance items as well! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻)
