•At least 1 year of experience in marine mechanics or a related field

Compensation:
Salary will be based on experience.

•Moving boats
•Detailing boats
•Performing basic marine shop work

First Mate Yacht Services is looking to add shop technicians to our team.

Job Duties Include:
• Buffing and waxing boats
• Bottom painting
• Fiberglass and gel coat repair
• General boat maintenance and shop work

What We're Looking For:
• Hard-working and dependable
• Attention to detail
• Experience with boats, detailing, or fiberglass is a plus (but willing to train the right person)

Location: Lake Ozark, MO
Type: Full-time / Monday - Friday
