Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Manage daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee service writing, including estimates, invoices, and customer follow-ups.
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of service activities.
- Foster a positive work environment and support team members in their roles.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive service writing or shop management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multitask and work under stressful situations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in shop management software .
