Shandy Acres Mobile Home & RV Park residents as of today September 16, 2020, must evacuate the mobile home & rv park. You have until Sunday evening, September 20, 2020 to grab your essentials. THIS IS NOT AN EVICTION. We are only asking tenants to evacuate and stay off the property so work can begin. Workers will not enter the park until everyone is vacated. This is good news. In order for tenants to return to a safe home, this has to happen for the park to be back up to code. You’re belongings that aren’t essential to live will be safe while evacuated because no one will be allowed to enter the park beside essential workers. In saying that, any property that is on the exterior of your lot must be picked up and placed at the tongue of your trailer. I understand this is very unfortunate, but it has to be done in order for us to move forward. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU. My line is available 24/7.
