First set of sled shocks this fall finished up and ready to go.

This set of FOX FLOAT 3 EVOL shocks came off an Arctic Cat and got serviced and ready for another season.

Snowmobile season is right around the corner, and now is the time to get your suspension taken care of before the preseason rush hits. Just wrapped up this Honda Talon 4-seater and this one’s dialed.

Mid-season for snowmobiles and I’m still pumping out shocks. At the same time, we’re about to turn the corner into side-by-side season.

It’s been busy in the best way. I appreciate everyone keeping me rolling.

Big news — The Shock Doctor is now an official MTS Off-Road dealer.

If your side-by-side is riding low, blowing through travel, or feeling harsh and unpredictable, your stock springs may be fatigued. Add bumpers, winches, cages, spare tires, or other upgrades and your suspension is no longer properly matched to your machine.

If you need a properly spec’d spring kit or tender springs set up to carry your weight and how you actually ride, get ahold of me. I’ll tailor your setup based on your riding style, terrain, and machine build — not a one-size-fits-all guess.

Got this Pro R ready to roll. It’s a low-mileage machine, but Polaris shocks are known for coming in with low nitrogen pressure right from the factory.

Low pressure leads to cavitation, which beats up internal components fast. We topped them off and added a little extra nitrogen for performance and longevity.

There’s a first time for everything. This rock bouncer came in running Radflo emulsion shocks, and we added remote reservoirs to take things up a notch.

The goal was to smooth out the ride and prep it for more aggressive terrain. The added reservoirs give us better oil volume to control heat and keep damping consistent when things get rowdy.

Never rebuilt anything quite like this before. Definitely a fun one to dig into.
