🥤⚽ Fuel Up Before You Buckle Up! After a tough practice or a big game, your body—and brain—need a moment to recover before hitting the road. 💪🚗 At Jungle Driving School, we remind student athletes: Driving after intense activity while tired, hungry, or dehydrated can be just as risky as distracted driving.
🧠🏃♀️ Here’s why it matters:
⚠️ Low energy = slower reaction times
😵💫 Dehydration = poor focus and decision-making
🍎 Hunger = irritability and distraction behind the wheel
✅ What to do before driving home:
· Take 5–10 minutes to cool down and regroup
· Drink water or a sports drink
· Eat a light snack—think granola bar, fruit, or trail mix
· Take deep breaths to reset and refocus
🎯 A clear head and steady hands are just as important as strong legs and fast feet. Play hard, snack smart, and drive safe.
