If you added a heavy-duty screen over the suction for each vacuum, it would help prevent napkins, tissues, and other large items from entering the vacuum system causing system maintenance issues and customer frustration.
My truck has two sides and most likely has the same amount of bugs on each mirror. Why have your employees quit pretreating both sides of the vehicles entering the wash? I come to your wash at least once a week because I travel with my job and prefer to have a clean truck should my customers ride with me. I observe what services are done should there be someone in line in front of me and the reduced services are consistent.

News flash. Bugs are on the mirrors on both sides of the vehicle. I don't know how much longer I will continue to pay the monthly plan for our multiple vehicles because the service continues to decline. A customer should not have to wait after they have pulled through the gate for the employees to come out of the office to start cleaning a car/truck. It makes you wonder if management has lost its concern to provide quality service. Another suggestion, place a heavy-duty screen over each vacuum to prevent napkins, tissues, and other large debris from clogging the entire vacuum system which causes maintenance issues and frustrations for your customers.
Today this young man went out of his way to help me find my mother’s medication that I accidentally threw away while cleaning my car yesterday. He is a perfect example of what humanity should be. He will go far in this world. Dillon, thank you so much.
Got a new truck over a month ago, sent a message asking what i needed to do to correct my billing at that time with a new tag number and had to pay for the car wash at that time then plus my monthly automatic fee for the unlimited which i could not use due to new truck and tag... And... Still no response..?
