Here is some before pictures of an MP7 before we gave it some love this week. New turbo and intake manifold and shes ready to go back down the road!

Got called out on this one for no abs on the trailer. After some careful looking we found previously someone’s fix was just cutting the abs light out so it “couldn’t be a problem” unfortunately for them that may be a solution on older trucks but new trucks are smarter than that. After wiring in a new abs warning light on the trailer we were able to identify the actual problem which was actually a simple fix with a wheel speed sensor having a chafed wire. Be careful who you let “fix” your stuff. This may be acceptable to some but to us this is not.

Some of yall may remeber this project finally made some decent headway on it. Got the ole 8.3 Cummins mounted up with in house custom made motor mounts using a little CAD (cardboard aided design) transmission clutch and driveline installed. Still have a ton of things to get figured on it but seeing it all sitting in the frame rails under its own weight was really rewarding.

Nice little spa day for this crushing setup. We got everything caught up on services and found some of the equipment was 1000hours over due on servicing. Remember maintenance is the life of your equipment it also gives us a chance to find and catch small things that can quickly add up to catastrophic failure. Give us a shout from pm’s to inframes we will and can do it all

Hydraulic hose replacement on this ole 953. Never a fun day wrestling belly pans full of mud and hydraulic oil so call us instead so we can do it and you can watch it’s much easier that way haha

Mt120 shut down mid use had a code for shut off solenoid hold circuit. Done some digging and found fuel seeping out of the wiring going into the fuel solenoid. After verifying the circuit had not failed further up the line from the fuel intrusion we replaced the solenoid and had this machine running like a top again.

Drive belt, tensioner, tensioner idler pulley and a muffler for this mt 100. Mounting hardware is important and should always be put back or replaced if missing to prevent premature failure like what happened to this muffler.

Dt466e had a crank no start condition. After looking at data in the ecm we found the truck wouldn’t build more than 300psi of high pressure oil.

We tore the top end down and found the high pressure oil rail missing all the backup washers and one split oring. While we were there we decided it would be smart to replace injector orings since we were there already. Found number 2 injector had a cracked solenoid and upon removal the injector hold down bolt broke, we extracted the bolt and replaced the injector and hold down. Made sure the truck would fire off and would hot restart.
