We are preparing the sale of a very cool 1969 Camaro, previous magazine vehicle, and its specialized build type makes it very competitive for high speed events. It was specifically built to run the Silver State Classic Challenge (SSCC). The original owner never ran it and instead put a few street miles on it. Under the current owner its been put to sleep in climate controlled storage and is waiting for the next owner to turn the key and chase some high speed records. Details will be outlined in the listing which will go up next week. Share this with any of your Camaro loving friends, the asking price is $98,000. Amazingly this was 6 years ago. I'm grateful to God and my family to be able to provide in the way that God alone made possible and I'm thankful for the support of my wife who saw the potential for Classic Auto Appraiser to not only get off the ground but be my full time gig. I'm also thankful to all of you who have supported this small business, its grown to be a realistic income for our family, and its amazing to remember the first year only brought in $4,000. Quite the difference and I'm reminded everytime I reflect on the beginning that this wasn't whimsical endeavor it was a planned path laid out by God and supported by my family.

Enjoy this short collage from 6 years ago and again thank you to everyone for your support over the years.

Is it just me or did someone at the design studio stare at a R34 Nissan GT-R while designing the new 2026 Ford Mustang Darkhorse SC? What do you all think of the new Mustang design?

An interesting read about three doomed desirable cars in China. I enjoyed the read as it reminded me of my time in China as a sophomore in College. Seeing supercars in privately owned skyscraper lounges really blew my mind.

It did bother me a bit that the yellow C5 Z06 pictured is described as having the 7.0 liter LS7. The first appearance of the LS7 wouldn't be until the C6 Z06 Corvette. Not a major gripe, I just worry about what people will actually know in the future since we are apparently going to rely on AI generated summaries for a majority of our learning (according to some of the brightest minds in our society), and those summaries are only as good as the info we feed it.

That aside, check out these cars bound up by red tape in China, much like the abandoned supercars of Dubai I don't see them going anywhere.

YouTuber Gordon Cheng stumbled upon a forgotten car dealership, where three rare supercars sit in perfect condition, not counting the thick layer of dust.

When taking Bring a Trailer photos, the photographer's ability to contort his or her body is key for capturing all angles of the vehicle. Any guesses what this car is? The first person to guess correctly will get a random Hot Rod magazine sent to their residence. Its a better prize than the half used tube of ChapStick I initially thought of. sending off to the "winner"
