Just like to say what an eye for detail! I just had come out of my car being washed and got the one with the tire shine. Felix noticed that the machine didn't put much on, he took it upon himself and applied the tire shine, making sure I got my money's worth! Thanks Felix! Gary you got a great employee!

Arrived at 7:55 this morning, cones blocking the entrance. 8:05, 8:10, 8:20... no one comes out to move the cones! I called, no answer. 🤔 I even called another CWP location to see what was going on. Is everything alright? There are five or six cars waiting and finally, two employees come out and tell us to leave - nobody is coming 😡

Hoy 12 de mayo 4:51 pm vine a lavar mi camioneta como siempre lo ago y cuando estaba entrando note Ke unas de sus máquina no estaba funcionando bien quise dejarle saber al manager pero cuando fui a su oficina me atiende una muchacha y me pregunta en qué me puede ayudar y le contesto quiero ablar con el hombre que estaba ai que era el manager y me buelve a preguntar lo mismo y le respondo lo mismo y el se paró y me dise tu no estás escuchando lo Ke ella te pregunto yo no puedo atenderte yo estoy lonchando y yo le desia que le quería dejar saber algo de sus máquina y no me dejo ablar y lo llamo al asistente manager , bien mal educado si así trata a los clientes como tratara a los empleados por suerte el asistente manager me atendió correctamente y le pude dejar saber lo de su máquina que no estaba funcionando bien , buen espero que se aga algo con este manager mal educado
