We continued this forward thinking and created an easy online reservation system. We offer free white glove in-person delivery and pickup directly to the renters hotel, resort, or timeshare. We adjust the seat and answer any of our renters questions in person and also assign a 24 hour personal concierge, which the renter receives a direct phone number. GMS offers a simple all-inclusive flat-rate pricing program. A free of charge damage waver plan is included with all our rentals products. In 2017 we introduced a full line of premium rental strollers and baby/toddler products. Why don't we just rent the standard plain scooters that the other companies rent at Gold Mobility Scooters?

We have a great team with an even greater imagination. Why not take the standard scooter and make it more versatile? Standard mobility scooters in our opinion fall short of providing everything that a mobility dependent theme park visitor might need for extended long term daily scooter use. We spent weeks traveling through the theme parks testing our new options and upgrades until we came up with the right combination of comfort and versatility.

The new GMS upgraded scooter line was born. We now could constantly replace equipment due to the popularity of the options and the high volume of customers eagerly seeking to purchase our gently used scooters. We loaded up our mobility scooters with lots of FREE options in an arrangement that no one else offered standard. Gold Mobility Scooters purchases only the very top of line time proven reliable Pride Mobility Products scooters to use a rentals. We took those factory built scooters and modified them for maximum comfort and usability by adding features like a Cell Phone Holder, USB phone charging port, beverage holder, L.E.D. ground lighting, stylish & sporty looking graphics that are also safety reflectors, longest range batteries available, and we added a maximum comfort Captain's chairs on our Victory 10 models along with a built in cooling fan. We continued this forward thinking and created an easy online reservation system. We offer free white glove in-person delivery and pickup directly to the renters hotel, resort, or timeshare. We adjust the seat and answer any of our renters questions in person and also assign a 24 hour personal concierge, which the renter receives a direct phone number prior to delivery. GMS offers a simple all-inclusive flat-rate pricing program. A free of charge damage waver plan is included with all our rentals products. If you happen to need an accessory for your scooter its also provided free of charge. We keep a stock of cane holders, rear storage baskets, walker holders, oxygen bottle holders, and canopy sunshades (the canopy sunshades fit on the Victory 10 models only). We also provide our rental customers a complimentary rain package that includes 4 free rain ponchos that are yours to keep. In 2017 in addition to our mobility scooter rental we introduced a full line of premium rental strollers and baby/toddler products. All stroller and baby rental customers receive the same 5 star premium service and attention-to-detail our mobility customers receive. Same Flat-Rate prices, same Free Delivery and Pickup, free Damage Waiver, Easy On-Line Booking, Included Accessories like parent organizers and custom rain covers. We even provide a Free of charge travel cooler bag which is yours to keep as a souvenir at the end of your rental upon request. Later in 2017 we opened our first automated warehouse in the Celebration Florida area located minutes away from the areas largest Theme Parks. This new warehouse allowed us to improved service response times to 45 minutes or less for our customers and increase our rental inventory substantially.

In May 2019 Gold Mobility Scooters opened its first retail mobility products store located at 5720 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee. The store is directly in front of Fun Spot Kissimmee in the FUN SPOT PLAZA. The new retail store allows us to demonstrate and sell to the public all the products that Pride Mobility has to offer at prices no one can beat. The retail store also brought about the opportunity for customer to self pick up, allows for same day rentals, and our first fully stocked parts and service department. We could now offer while you wait battery exchanges, Keys, Chargers, and common repairs done instantly or same day.

Just wanted to throw a review out there. I'm taking a short trip to Disney, so I only need a scooter for 3 days. I still booked Gold Mobility, even thought they are a flat rate for 1-7 days. Other scooter companies were $20-$30 cheaper for what I need, but I have become so used to the service and quality with Gold Mobility that the extra cost is worth it!!

Does anyone have pictures of the scooter fitting in your car or mini van?

I can’t explain how much of a life saver at Disney World your service was. True professionals, the scooter worked flawlessly. I can’t wait to rent another scooter from y’all on our next visit. It was plenty fast and never went past the green bars at any park! That’s using the fan as well.

We rented a scooter on Fri 2/5, Nick dropped scooter right by our room. We walked out and he was there! Gave my husband a quick lesson, easy and quick. We left today 2/13 and Keith was prompt and courteous picking up the scooter at the end of our trip. We had nothing but a SUPER experience renting from them!
