SCCA Majors at Buttonwillow 5/1/2016: "H Production honors went to Jason Isley in the No. 99 Racer.com Toyota Yaris. Isley set a new record for that class. F Production again went to Brian Linn in the No. 21 Hoosier Tire MG Midget. Joe Huffaker claimed the GT-Lite win and a new record driving the No. 77 Huffaker Horsepower MG Midget. Marc Hoover took another win in Touring 1 driving his No. 98 Hooverspeed Mazda Miata." We are sorry we couldn't watch our friends in CA set records, we were busy at PIR....we know they put forth great efforts to win.

At the same time, Woodstock's racer Bob Posner won 3 out of 5 races in his Crossle at Pacific Raceways in WA. YAHOO !! Bob reports that he started late at one race because his watch died and his car battery died during a second race. He says it was a beautiful weekend to race against 11 other Formula Fords and he had a great time. He and Quinn will race again on Memorial Day weekend before heading for Mid Ohio to race some more. :-)
