Simple freaking communication. You make an appointment with me and if you know you can’t make it. A short text or a phone call would solve this issue. Now I’ve held a slot for someone that can’t seem to find 10 seconds of their life to say hey I’m not gonna make it. So another potential paying customer could have filled that slot. 🤬🤬🤬 I may lose customers but from now on a 50% deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Now I win if you don’t show up. Time is money that has now been wasted.
