I want to address a recent incident involving a employee. Brad's Towing and Recovery LLC does not condone racism or discrimination of any kind. The behavior in question does not reflect who we are or the values this company was built on.

We have taken action regarding the employee involved. Conduct like this will not be tolerated here, period.

This community has supported us for years, and we take that trust seriously. Every customer and every neighbor deserves to be treated with respect, and we hold ourselves to that standard on every call, every day.

To anyone who was hurt or offended by this incident: we are sorry. We are committed to doing better and to earning back your trust.
