All I can say is you can't please everyone. We are in an industry of man made products that are susceptible to fail at any moment. We strive to do our best to offer quality products. There are moments of miscommunication where things are misunderstood. We have a very diverse Lot of high end vehicles to barn finds. Some vehicles are meant as fixer uppers and others are daily drivers. Those two cannot be confused or mixed up. At the same time we are human and have failed at times. In those cases we try our best to make things right. That also has a lot to do with the customers approach and attitude. You have to remember that ultimately by "law" when a car is sold "as is" it is just that. No dealer in NC is required to refund money or make repairs period. There is not a "lemon law" in nc either. We have not been in business for 65 years by selling junk or trying to take advantage of our customers. Every successful business has failures and every successful business has unhappy customers sometime or another. We take the criticism with the praise and let it shape us into better business men and people in general. Thank you.
