I saw a post of someone that had a Bad Chip in their New Windshield so I reached out to her and made an appointment for today after work.
In the meantime, a tourist got a rock chip in their rental vehicle .... So hopefully this will pass inspection!! Working on the Weekends!!

So I did something today .... I lettered up the truck Big Time!! Can't miss me now!!
Now I have to drive calm .... 😩 ..... 😂

This was a tough repair .... Started out better than I thought, but then on the vacuum cycle it was sucking in air from the radial crack at about 11 o'clock position .... Added some resin to the outside crack so it could stop sucking air in and then added resin to the chamber to do a cure under pressure.
My pressure system is the Super Sucker and the customer is happy how well the repair turned out.
