🚨 NOW HIRING: Light Service Roadside Technician 🚨
Company: I See You Towing & Recovery LLC
Location: Paw Paw / Kalamazoo Area
Job Type: Full-Time
12hr Shift Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm

About the Job:
We are currently expanding our fleet and looking for a highly motivated Light Service Technician to join our team. You won’t be operating a wrecker or towing cars—you will operate a company service van and provide fast, safe, and friendly roadside assistance.
If you like working independently, enjoy being out on the road instead of stuck in an office or a warehouse, and take pride in helping people out of tough spots, this is the job for you!
What You Will Do:
Jump Starts: Test batteries and jump-start dead vehicles.
Tire Changes: Safely swap flat tires with the customer's spare.
Lockouts: Gain entry to locked vehicles without causing damage (training provided).
Fuel Delivery: Deliver gas/diesel to vehicles that have run out.
Customer Service: Provide a calm, professional, and reassuring experience for drivers who are having a stressful day.
Invoicing: Accurately log calls and process payments via our dispatch software.
What We Are Looking For:
Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean driving record (MVR will be checked).
Clean Background: Must be able to pass a background check to be cleared for police calls.
Hustle & Reliability: Roadside assistance is an on-demand business. We need someone who shows up on time and is ready to work.
Weather-Ready: You will be working outside in the rain, snow, heat, and cold.
Basic Mechanical Skills: You don't need to be a master mechanic, but you need to know your way around basic hand tools and a jack.
What We Offer:
Company-provided service vehicle, fuel, and tools.
Paid training on lockout tools, safety protocols, and dispatch software.

🚨 NOW HIRING: TOW TRUCK OPERATORS 🚨
I SEE YOU TOWING is looking for hungry, hard-working operators to jump in the seat. This isn't a cushy 9-to-5 desk job. We are a fast-paced towing company, and we need drivers who know how to hustle, think on their feet, and get the job done safely—rain, shine, or dead of night.

Whether it's clearing a wreck off the highway, winching a car out of a ditch, or getting a stranded motorist home, we are the ones they call when things go wrong. We need operators who are ready to answer that call.

WHAT WE OFFER:
Top Pay for Top Performers: The harder you hustle, the more you make.

Steady Calls: We keep the phones ringing and the trucks moving.

The Best Equipment: You can't do a good job with junk. We maintain our wreckers and rollbacks so you can focus on the hook-up.

A Solid Crew: We work hard, we watch each other's backs, and we don't deal with unnecessary drama.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
The Hustle: Towing is unpredictable. You need to be ready to work, handle high-stress situations (like accident scenes), and think outside the box.

Clean License: You must have a valid driver's license, a clean MVR, and be able to pass a background check/drug screen. (Experience is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right attitude).

Equipment Knowledge: Know your way around a rollback or wheel-lift, how to properly use a winch, sn**ch blocks, and 4-point tie-downs without tearing up a customer's bumper.

Reliability & Respect: Show up when you're scheduled, treat the equipment like you own it, and handle customers with respect—even when they are having the worst day of their week.

READY TO GET ON THE TRUCK?
If you have the grit, the drive, and the skills to run with I SEE YOU TOWING, we want to talk to you.

How to Apply:

Apply Online: Go to iseeyoutowing.net

Call/Text: 269-655-7554

Stop by the Yard: 54700 30th Street, Paw Paw, MI

Or Send us a Direct Message with your name, phone number, and any towing experience.

I SEE YOU TOWING — We’re always watching out for you. Let's get to work.

Welcome

The upcoming holidays, like St. Patrick’s Day 2026, are celebrated across the nation, but they are also some of the most dangerous times on our roads. The decision to call for a safe ride (using services like AAA's Tow to Go or a rideshare service) instead of getting behind the wheel when impaired is not just a legal obligation; it is a profound moral choice that protects your financial future, your freedom, and the lives of everyone on the road.

Choosing to drive while impaired is one of the most expensive decisions you will ever make. While the immediate free ride offered by the "Tow to Go" program or the price of an Uber/Lyft might seem small, the cost of a DUI (Driving Under the Influence) or DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) arrest is astronomical. A standard DUI conviction can easily exceed $10,000 to $15,000 when totaling up court costs, legal fees for attorneys, mandatory minimum fines, and high towing/storage fees for your impounded car.

Beyond the immediate financial hit, the legal penalties are severe and life-altering. An impaired driving conviction typically results in the immediate, long-term loss of your driver’s license. Losing your license means losing your independence, making simple tasks like commuting to work or getting groceries difficult or impossible without paying for other transportation. Your criminal record will be permanently tarnished, jeopardizing current employment and future job opportunities. In many states, first offenses can carry mandatory jail time, and nearly all require expensive alcohol education or treatment programs. Your auto insurance premiums will skyrocket, sometimes tripling or quadrupling, making future driving unaffordable.

The ultimate reason for calling for a safe ride, however, is irrecoverable and human. Impaired driving causes permanent injury and takes innocent lives. The shame and guilt of knowing you caused a catastrophic accident that harmed or killed another person is a burden you can never put down. Your choice to drive impaired risks not just your own life, but the lives of other motorists and pedestrians—people just trying to get home to their families.

Calling for a ride is confidential, safe, and often free or inexpensive. Driving drunk is a gamble where you are guaranteed to lose. The price of a phone call is nothing compared to the price of a DUI or a human life. Make the right choice. Spread the word to save lives.

PSA: Please be careful when calling towing companies you find on Google. You don’t have to call us—maybe one of our competitors—but we strongly recommend choosing a local company, or at a minimum one based in the same state.

There are third-party dispatch companies out there charging 3–10× normal local rates and taking credit card payments upfront. Even our highest-priced local competitors don’t come close to these numbers. After you agree to the inflated price, they subcontract the job to another company.

It’s not always an outright scam, but it is price gouging, and people are getting taken advantage of. They are good at what they do, tend to make people comfortable until you start asking questions like where are you located or do you have a local number.

We've even heard cases that they were pretending to be AAA, or from your insurance company.

Please help your friends and family by sharing this and reminding them to double-check who they’re calling before agreeing to service.

Dealing with a broken car sucks, getting it towed doesn't have to. Call I See You Towing & Recovery in Kalamazoo MI
