I cant believe it is 15 minutes before 12am.

They say do something you love, something that keeps you up at night, challenges you, and gives you a reason to keep going.

For me, that has always been baking.

Baking has been a coping mechanism throughout my life. I bake when I’m overwhelmed. I bake when I’m happy. I bake when I need a quiet place for my mind to go. I bake to create, to challenge myself, and sometimes to remind myself that I can turn something ordinary into something beautiful.

There are definitely nights when baking keeps me up way too late, recipes that don’t turn out the first time, and moments when I wonder why I put so much pressure on myself. But I always come back to it.

Somewhere along the way, something that helped me cope became something I could share with other people. Seeing someone enjoy something I made, hearing that they came back for a favorite treat, or watching an idea in my head finally come together makes all those late nights worth it.

Baking is not always easy, but it keeps challenging me, teaching me, and giving me something to look forward to. And I think that’s how you know you’ve found something you truly love. ❤️

What’s something you love so much that you keep coming back to it, no matter how tired or busy life gets? Comment below and let me know.

Hello everyone! Unfortunately, we will not be able to make it to the Neosho Fall Festival today. Our car broke down, and we’re so sorry we won’t be able to be there as planned.

Thank you so much for understanding, and we hope everyone has an amazing time at the festival! ❤️

First of all, Happy October 1st! This year, Phas Bakery will be a vendor at Drachenmoor on Crow Road - Joplin! We’re so excited and grateful to be a part of this amazing local event and Joplin tradition.

Even better, a portion of our sales will be donated back to Drachenmoor to help support the event and keep this tradition going. ❤️

Come out, enjoy the haunted trail, support local small businesses, and grab some delicious treats from us while you’re there!

We can’t wait to see everyone! 🎃🧁👻

Late-night baking and filling macarons!

I’ll have these available this week at the Ozark Arts & Crafts Fair!

We will also be at the Neosho Fall Festival this weekend. Out of respect for another macaron vendor who will already be there, I will not be selling macarons at that event. However, there will still be plenty of other goodies to enjoy!

We will not be at the Webb City Farmer's Market. So come find us this weekend! I can’t wait to see everyone!

Come through and see us at Webb City Farmers Market today!

Due to an unexpected death in our family, we will no longer be attending the Bluegrass Festival today. We will only be at Webb City Farmers Market and will be spending the rest of the day with our loved ones.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support during this difficult time. We hope to see you at the market!
