Hope this takes effect ASAP! Congestion pricing is a rip off! MTA and Path trains keep raising prices no need to tax drivers as well. The solution is to build better infrastructure!

How about a pedestrian skywalk across Manhattan that connects the Highline to Alphabet City. Or better yet restrict semi and big box trucks from doing delivery’s during business hours. Have those deliveries done between 12AM - 5AM. This would greatly help with traffic instead of taxing everyday people.
