The Dam Laundromat

First week open is behind us! We have already learned many ways to better serve our customers. We have found and fixed few small issues with machines. We added another folding table today. We have better signage and suggestion box being installed soon. We appreciate your business.

On a 2nd note, We are gathering equiptment and necessities and will be opening a drive through coffee shop onsite. Planning to open sometime near end of October.

Thank you to everyone who helped us identify the couple from yesterday.

I do want to clear something up, because several people were quick to assume they were simply looking for water. That was not the case.

We had customers inside doing their laundry who were messaging us because this couple was making them uncomfortable. They were attempting to take the TV, trying to get into the AI vending machine, and behaving inappropriately with each other in front of customers.

We take the safety and comfort of our customers seriously. Anytime someone is on our property behaving suspiciously, causing problems, or attempting to take or damage property, we may post asking for help identifying them. It not only helps us protect our business and customers, but also gives other local businesses a heads-up to be on the lookout.

We appreciate everyone who reached out with information and helped us figure out who they were.

Think it’s needed?

Things never go quite as fast as you want when your waiting for others, but our machines finally got all the equiptment installed yesterday in order to open and collect payment by either coin or by App pay. Should be opened up next week following some QR code stickers for machines they mailed to us yesterday. Thank you for your patience

Today we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for this country. 🇺🇸

Freedom isn’t free, and Memorial Day is about honoring the heroes who never made it home. We are forever grateful for their sacrifice, their courage, and the families who carry that loss every single day.

From all of us— thank you to our fallen heroes. ❤️

Take a moment today to remember them. 🇺🇸
