This customer had a bolt broken off inside the tensioner pully threads, which were previously stripped. We were able to remove the bolt, heli-coil the pully threads, and time the engine for them!

Made progress with this special project. M57tue2 with a GS6-53DZ into an F30 chassis. Custom work done to make the electric steering rack fit, along with deleting the power steering pump and custom flywheel setup. Did some basic maintenance to the engine before it is being put in including: valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, injector seals, intake system cleaning, coolant fl**ge replacement, egr and swirl flap removal, and all new Intake seals.
