For 11 years, I served in the United States Navy alongside some of the toughest and smartest men I’ve ever met. I learned discipline, resilience, and an obsession with doing things the right way.
One thing I've learned is that being feminine doesn't mean being fragile, high-maintenance, or incapable. Strength and femininity can exist in the same person and every female wears it differently. For us Navy girls I know we all worked among men and had to prove ourselves. We all had our strengths and weaknesses, but most of the men in this picture were always encouraging and helped me early in my career!
I don't have to act like "one of the guys" to earn respect, and I don't have to give up who I am to excel in a male-dominated industry.
Today, I bring that same military precision to every vehicle I detail. Whether it's paint correction, ceramic coatings, or bringing a neglected vehicle back to life, I take pride in delivering results that speak for themselves.
My work ethic was built in the Navy. My standards never left.

Respect isn't given because of your gender. It's earned through consistency, skill, and the quality of your work.
I hope my boys learn this and never underestimate a female, but also never doubt themselves because of what a female may bring! Both strong men and women can exist together!
