Perfect example of how scheduled maintenance can keep you from getting stranded on the road with a tow AND repair bill. I was checking to make sure I had no leaks after a transmission repair, (with no visable coolant leaking on the ground mind you...) I find a small amount of dried coolant on top of the transmission. Wiggled one of the heater core lines and ALL the coolant went under my toolbox in the garage...Regulator inspections with your oil changes (and a damn good mechanic!) will find these problems before they leave you stranded on the side of the road. And YES my wife drives a Quattro V8 Audi S5B8.
