With freezing temperatures headed our way, now is the time to get your RV freeze-ready. Cold weather can cause serious damage if you’re not prepared—and nobody wants busted pipes or surprise repairs!

Here are a few quick winterizing tips to help protect your RV:

✅ Fill up your fresh water tank ahead of the freeze
✅ Disconnect and drain your water hose
✅ Insulate exposed water lines
✅ Keep cabinet doors open to allow warm air to circulate
✅ Drip faucets overnight if connected to water
✅ Use a heated water hose if possible
✅ Skirt your RV to help keep cold air out
✅ If you’re leaving, fully winterize your RV system

Please note: If water lines at the park freeze or bust, we may have to temporarily shut off water to the entire park until repairs can be made and temperatures rise above freezing. Filling your water tank ahead of time can help prevent inconvenience.

Even a short freeze can cause pipes to crack or burst, so taking a little time now can save you a lot of stress later.
