So, I catch this idiot looking through my car last night in front of my house.
While laid up in nothing,
I ran outside to confront this homely hood rat, but the dude ran off to another car; he and his driver got away.

I managed to get the license plate # of the vehicle.

Contacted a couple cops I know and got the info on this , and omg!
I can't believe it!!
