A (not so) PETITE RETREAT: CALLED FORWARD

What happens when you give yourself an entire day to pause, reconnect, and listen to what may be calling you forward?

Step away from your usual routine and join us for an intimate autumn retreat designed to offer a little adventure, a little reflection, and plenty of room to simply be.

REFLECT
We’ll begin with a guided equine experience, led by Christina Muccigrosso Christina Muccigrosso at Outlaw Acres, where the horses become a mirror, offering us an opportunity to notice our presence, energy, and what we may be carrying with us.

RECONNECT
From there, we’ll slow down our pace with a gentle autumn walk through Bayard Cutting Arboretum, reconnecting with nature and remembering that we are part of something larger than ourselves. You’ll experience guided meditation, acupressure, and energy work, woven naturally into the experience.

REPLENISH
We’ll then gather for a leisurely Victorian Tea, where delicious treats, conversation, laughter, and nourishment invite us to settle in and savor the moment.

An intimate experience limited to just 5 women (4 spaces left).

Investment $300. Payment plans available upon request. $100 deposit reserves your place.
Balance due October 20.

That is exactly the kind of reminder I want to create space for during our Autumn Equinox gathering this weekend. The equinox is a beautiful invitation to pause between seasons - to notice what has grown, what is ready to be released, and where we may be called to simply trust the next part of our journey.

We’ll gather at the beach for a gentle 90 minute experience with guided relaxation, breathwork, acupressure, energy work, and a sensory experience inspired by the changing season.

No fixing. No forcing. No trying to figure everything out.

Just a little time to slow down, reconnect, and remember that we are part of the same natural rhythms that surround us.
