I wanted to first update my current customers as well as potentially new customers. We do take Progressive insurance.
I would also like to talk about some of the other insurance companies out there. Now this doesn't mean that Quality Collision doesn't accept these companies, this message is intended to help when maybe shopping for a different insurance company.
It's always "Best" to have an "actual" insurance agent! Local to Ironwood you have a ton of options. In no particular order there's: Brookside, Holden, Maki, Range, Horace Mann, State Farm, Wakefield, Lee, General, and I'm sure others I can't think of off the top of my head. These local companies have GREAT agents that can help you choose what fits you and your family the best! Auto body shops like ours have a much much easier time helping you with your auto needs when you have these agencies. When you have Internet companies like in again no order: Geico, USAA, AAA, Allstate and I'm sure many others it's typically not as easy of a process when involved in an auto claim. Again, we take all insurance companies, but please consider calling a local agency to help with your insurance needs.
A little secret I'll let you in on. Did you know that with a lot of companies, if you're not driving a less than one year old vehicle (this is not the same w/ all companies) will require that auto body shops like myself use aftermarket parts to repair your vehicle? There's not a lot we can do to help when it's written in your policy. However, here's the secret part. Which in my opinion should be told to every customer out there. There's something that a lot of companies offer called an OEM endorsement. This means when involved in an auto claim we can use original manufacturer parts to repair your vehicle. Typically this endorsement is inexpensive to have on your policy. Reach out to your local agent to see if they offer this. Also ask how much it costs to add rental to your policy. With the steady issues with getting parts in, sometimes it's difficult to get your car back quickly. When you have rental on your policy you're covered!
