A Covid-19 Update from Saldana Racing Products
November 18, 2020

As we know, these are extraordinary times we are living in. The Covid-way of life has affected everyone in some way or another. Unfortunately, the reality of the time we are living in hasn't excluded the Saldana Racing Products team. We are writing this letter to advise our loyal customers of some small delays in the near future.

As of Monday November 16, 2020, our head bladder builder has tested positive for Covid. What does this mean for customers? If you have a bladder on order that we have been waiting on, or planned to order in the coming weeks, there will be a delay. We will still be receiving bladders, but this person was a large percentage of the production capacity for our business. We are asking that anyone with orders please bare with us as we work through the upcoming small backlog. We promise that everyone will be taken care of with the usual expectation of quality products.

This does not mean Saldana Racing Products will be closed. The affected parties are in a different state and have not gotten into our Indianapolis facility. We are still here Monday through Friday 8-5 EST. We are still accepting and fulfilling orders with our array of inventory.

If you have any questions, or would like to place orders, please give us a call at 317-852-4193 or email us at [email protected].

Thank You and Stay Safe

Performance Racing Industry

While touring its facility on the #PRIRoadTour, Saldana Racing Products showed us the company's newly introduced 30 gallon fuel tank and bladder, the Saldana 30 Gallon Outlaw. With this new product, open wheel drivers will now have the capacity to run longer events during the year without needing two separate tanks to complete the race. And, having the extra fuel forward changes the handling characteristics by eliminating the pendulum effect. #priroadtour2020 #iampri

The Real Deal
In the April 2020 issue of PRI magazine, it was erroneously reported that Joey Saldana owns and is building oil tanks under the Saldana Racing Products name.

Saldana Racing Products has been owned by Keith Wagoner since 1994. As of June 2019, the aluminum fabrication portion of the business was sold to one of Keith’s other companies, Power Cool Systems.

SRP is alive and well, under Keith’s ownership, selling Open Wheel fuel tanks, fuel bladders, and accessories like we have done for the last 24 years. In fact, we just started production on an exciting new 30 gallon Sprint tank that is going change the Sprint fuel cell market.

All of the original Saldana Racing Products radiators, oil tanks, valve covers and wheel wrenches are still being manufactured by the same people that have been building your products for the last 20 years. The only difference now is that they are being manufactured by our sister company under the Power Cool Systems name. Anyone or anything that may insinuate otherwise is false.

Don’t be fooled by impostors. To be sure you get the quality of an original Saldana Racing Products part please contact David Bridges at 317-737-1000.

Thank you to all our loyal customers.
